Regional Tax Manager, APAC

About the role

The Regional Tax Manager, APAC will lead tax compliance activities for Pepperl+Fuchs entities across the Asia‑Pacific region, with a primary focus on Singapore. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, support audits, and implement transfer‑pricing documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and organisational support for all transfer‑pricing and tax matters in APAC.
• Prepare and file Singapore tax returns and support tax filings for other APAC entities.
• Coordinate tax audits and respond to queries across the region.
• Develop and maintain local transfer‑pricing documentation, including Local Files and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Review and implement any required transfer‑pricing adjustments at year‑end.
• Support the rollout of global and regional tax projects and guidelines.
• Design and improve tax processes and guidelines for APAC.
• Advise internal stakeholders on tax inquiries, strategies and compliance issues.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Singapore direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Experience with transfer‑pricing documentation and compliance in an APAC context.
• Proven ability to coordinate tax audits and interact with external advisors.
• Excellent data‑extraction and reporting skills, working with Accounting, Manufacturing and HR teams.
• Ability to develop tax strategies that reduce exposure while ensuring compliance.
