Registered Safety Officer & ISO Auditor (Construction, M&E, Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Safety Officer who will also act as an ISO Auditor for our construction, M&E and manufacturing projects across Singapore. The role combines workplace safety management with ISO management system audits to ensure compliance with MOM regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform duties as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in line with MOM regulations and corporate safety policies.
• Develop, implement and maintain safety and sustainability programmes, conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Investigate workplace accidents, near‑misses and incidents, preparing detailed investigation reports.
• Conduct onsite ISO management system audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS) according to audit plans, review documentation and verify operational practices.
• Identify non‑conformities, prepare audit reports and discuss corrective actions with clients.
• Monitor safety performance, organise training, inspections and support fire safety and emergency response programmes.

Required profile

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore.
• Minimum Specialist Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a safety role within construction, manufacturing or M&E environments.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessment and safety management systems.

Required skills

• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (or OHSAS) audit expertise.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Accident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Industrial hygiene monitoring (noise, fumes, dust).
