Relief Teacher – Primary School (East/Dover Campus)

About the role
UWCSEA is seeking qualified Relief Teachers to provide short‑term cover for primary‑school classes on the East and Dover campuses. You will step in when regular teachers are absent, ensuring continuity of learning for our diverse student body.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned or ad‑hoc lessons across primary subjects, adapting content as needed.
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Provide timely feedback on student progress where appropriate.
- Potentially supervise student activities and extracurricular duties.
Required profile
- A good degree and an internationally recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in a school setting; international school experience is an advantage.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion and the UWCSEA mission.
- Flexibility, positivity and the ability to build rapport with students.
