Renal Medicine Specialist

About the role

The Department of Renal Medicine at CGH is seeking qualified medical professionals to join our team. The role involves both clinical and administrative duties, as well as teaching and research opportunities. Successful candidates will work under the direction of the Head of Division.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties and manage administrative responsibilities within the renal department.
• Teach and supervise junior doctors in renal medicine.
• Engage in research activities related to renal health.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Division.

Required profile

• Hold a basic medical degree and a postgraduate medical qualification that is registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Possess specialty training recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board (SAB) in Singapore.
• Provide documentary evidence of specialist training and registration from the country of origin and the relevant licensing body where the training was completed.
• If the basic medical qualification was not taught in English, meet the English language proficiency requirements of the SMC.
