About the role
The Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI) at Nanyang Business School is looking for a Research Associate in Psychology to join a dynamic research team. This position offers the chance to develop high‑impact research skills while contributing to studies on leadership and cultural intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage data‑collection processes, including setting up and coordinating surveys and field interviews.
- Collate quantitative and qualitative survey data and maintain the research database.
- Conduct literature reviews and perform data analyses.
- Present findings in both visual (e.g., charts, dashboards) and written formats.
Required profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in Psychology.
- Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently under time pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Familiarity with statistical packages (e.g., R, SPSS) – an advantage.
