The Research Executive is an emerging insight professional who supports research projects while developing strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and modern research capabilities. This role is ideal for curious, learning-oriented individuals eager to leverage AI and technology in research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research projects, including questionnaire development, discussion guides, fieldwork coordination, and data collection.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities, and contribute to reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for analysis, synthesis, reporting, and productivity, and explore emerging technologies to improve research quality and efficiency.
• Build knowledge of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends through internal learning initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with project teams, participate in client meetings and presentations, and demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, psychology, social sciences, business, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, learning orientation, and growth mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
