Researcher / Delivery Consultant – Executive Search & Selection

About the role

Join a fast‑growing executive search firm operating across APAC. As a Researcher / Delivery Consultant you will support senior‑level recruitment mandates, helping clients secure top CXO talent.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment mandates and design sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through talent mapping, headhunting, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of senior and C‑level candidates.
• Screen, qualify and interview local and international candidates for senior management roles.
• Coordinate process management with recruitment consultants and client stakeholders.
• Assist key account managers in developing sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or executive search.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Based in Singapore or willing to work remotely.
