Reservation Supervisor – Hotel Reservations Team Lead

About the role

The Reservation Supervisor leads the hotel’s reservations team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will manage room inventory, group bookings, and support revenue‑optimisation initiatives for the Hilton Garden Inn Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily reservations operations, including inventory, group blocks, cut‑off dates, rate restrictions and occupancy strategies.
• Coordinate group reservations, process rooming lists, billing requirements and special requests, and liaise with meeting planners and internal departments.
• Assist with revenue optimisation by monitoring reservations activity and supporting rate and occupancy strategies.
• Provide reservations support to team members and customers, handling requests as needed.
• Support departmental projects, prepare reports and deliver administrative assistance to reservations leadership.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, performance monitoring, coaching and fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reservations, revenue management or hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong administrative, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on revenue opportunities.
• Positive, adaptable attitude committed to team success and guest satisfaction.
