About the role

Join Blossom Seeds Limited’s pioneering community‑based palliative care team in Sembawang, Singapore. As a Resident Doctor you will provide compassionate, holistic care to patients and families while learning through a personalised training programme.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver palliative care services to community patients, ensuring a person‑centred approach.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement holistic care plans.
• Engage deeply with patients and their families, supporting them through challenging situations.
• Participate in reflective practice to continuously improve care quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑MBBS from a local institution or 5 years post‑graduate experience from an SMC‑approved foreign institution.
• Graduate diploma in Palliative Medicine (or willingness to enrol) is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to empathetic patient engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Willingness to undertake reflective inner work to enhance care in challenging situations.
