Restaurant Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering superior service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the restaurant runs profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Lead, train and appraise team members to achieve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage the restaurant P&L, monitor costs of goods, labour and other controllable expenses.
• Oversee inventory, storage supplies and vendor relationships to minimise waste.
• Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and annual revenue and expense reports.
• Promote the brand within the local community and recommend marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, licensing requirements and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong supervisory, planning and cost‑control abilities.
• Proven capability to train, motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Customer‑oriented with a positive attitude.
