Retail Assistant / Cashier – Full-time, 5 days/week

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants and Cashiers to join our store network across the East region of Singapore. The role is full‑time, five days a week, with shifts running from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm, and involves both in‑store sales and online order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Deliver friendly, prompt customer service and handle enquiries.
• Maintain store presentation by displaying merchandise and replenishing stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare online orders for dispatch.
• Support stocktake, ordering and receiving activities.
• Perform general housekeeping and any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a fixed schedule of five days per week, including rotating weekends.
• Flexibility to move between stores in Paya Lebar, Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
