Retail Assistant – Customer Service & Sales (up to $300)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Assistant to join our store on Beach Road. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, helping them find products, answer queries and complete purchases while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, respond to shopping enquiries and promote products.
• Assist with order fulfilment and cashiering, including exchanges, refunds and loyalty programme enrolment.
• Replenish, arrange and price merchandise according to SOPs.
• Conduct out‑of‑stock, quality and expiry checks.
• Create and maintain attractive outlet displays.
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure hygiene standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash balancing.

Required profile

• Retail experience preferred.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level qualification.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Positive attitude, friendly disposition and good communication skills.
