About the role

Join a renowned Swiss chocolate brand as a Retail Sales Assistant on a part‑time basis. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering exceptional service and supporting store operations across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers, promote products and achieve sales targets.
Provide courteous service, handle queries and resolve complaints.
Perform supporting tasks such as invoicing, packing, stock replenishment and receiving.
Maintain boutique cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with order fulfilment for in‑store customers.

Required profile

Genuine passion for retail and premium chocolates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer‑first mindset with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
Availability to work at least three days per week, including one weekend day, for a minimum of three months.
