Retail Sales Associate (Beauty) – Wigs & Haircare

About the role

A client of JointHire, a hair wig manufacturer founded in 1967 with stores in Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Beauty) in Central, Singapore. The role covers selling, fitting and styling wigs and related products and services, with training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell, fit and style wigs for customers
• Promote and sell related products and services
• Maintain and style hairpieces for customers
• Keep products and displays at the highest standard of customer satisfaction
• Carry out other duties as required and assigned

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry
• Experience in a hair salon or related industry is an added advantage but not required
• Basic computer skills, ability to operate POS machines and familiarity with social media advertising
• Hair styling skills are an added advantage

What we offer

• Pay of SGD 2,000 to 2,200, with basic salary, commission and allowances
• Working hours follow mall schedules (5 days, 44 hours per week, shift rotational)
• Locations include Isetan Scotts, Takashimaya, Novena Square 2, Great World and Centrepoint Orchard
