About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury jewellery team at Ngee Ann. This entry‑level position offers a chance to develop customer‑service expertise in a high‑end retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist with product selection.
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory checks.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by store management.
Required profile
- Positive, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the luxury retail sector.
- Ability to work a 5‑day week schedule.
- Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
