Sales Admin Executive / Coordinator – Food Wholesale

About the role

Our client, a leading food wholesaler and distributor, is looking for a Sales Admin Executive/Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, price lists, tenders, presentations and other commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer pricing, quotations, contracts and related records in the ERP system.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and performance analyses.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances, trends and opportunities.
• Keep customer master data, sales records and pricing information up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Coordinate pricing updates, contract renewals and expiry follow‑ups with relevant departments.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Support customer requests, product launches, promotional campaigns and other business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and support automation/digitalisation initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies, procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Willingness to work a half‑day on Saturdays.
