Sales & Marketing Executive (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our food manufacturing team in Senoko, Singapore. This junior position will support both sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, converting prospects into loyal customers.
• Enhance brand awareness through targeted promotions and events.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Prior exposure to the seafood or food manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Basic salary up to SGD 2,800 per month.
