Sales Admin Executive / Coordinator – Food Wholesaler

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Admin Executive/Coordinator to support our client in the food wholesaler and distribution sector. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth commercial operations and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, price lists, tenders, presentations and other commercial documents.
• Maintain customer pricing, contracts and related records in the ERP system.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and performance analyses.
• Monitor sales targets, budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and opportunities.
• Update customer master data, sales records and pricing information to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate pricing updates, contract renewals and expiry follow‑ups with relevant departments.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams to support seamless operations.
• Assist with customer requests, product launches, promotional campaigns and other business initiatives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation/digitalisation projects.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration.
• Ability to work half‑day on Saturdays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
