Sales Administrator – Automotive Insurance

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our team at Asia‑Link Technology. The role focuses on supporting the automotive insurance sales process across Singapore, ensuring quotations are prepared accurately and customers receive timely service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process automotive insurance quotations.
- Liaise with customers, insurers, and internal departments to gather necessary information.
- Handle enquiries and follow‑up on pending quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Prior experience in sales administration (preferred).
- Experience in automotive insurance is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
