Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our aesthetic clinic network across Singapore. You will be the front‑line liaison between our customers and the clinic, driving sales while ensuring a high standard of service and clinical quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and maintain high clinical quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with doctors to develop and enforce policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in‑person to address inquiries and provide after‑sales support.
• Build strong post‑sale relationships and follow‑up with clients.
• Conduct professional skin, hair, and body analyses and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and products.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an aesthetics clinic, beauty, or sales environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including Saturdays (Sunday and public holidays off).
• Well‑groomed, motivated, resourceful, and sales‑oriented.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
