Sales Director, Singapore Public Sector

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives and drive new business and expansion growth within Singapore's public sector, including government agencies, statutory boards and government-linked companies. The role covers territory planning, relationship building with government stakeholders and deep engagement with C-level officials.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and recruit, coach and mentor them.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Sales Operations, covering competitive positioning, market presence and go-to-market approach for government procurement and digital transformation.
• Plan territories, set quotas and performance metrics, and manage accurate forecasts and pipeline.
• Leverage Singapore's Smart Nation and GovTech digital transformation roadmap to find opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Meet C-level and senior government officials, and build relationships with procurement decision-makers and budget holders.
• Grow the existing customer base through account planning, cross-selling and upselling, and work with government relations and public sector specialists on compliance.
• Partner with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, partners and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive track record of new business sales and account expansion in complex, regulated environments, with strong C-level presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling to Singapore government agencies, statutory boards or GLCs is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of Singapore government procurement processes, budget cycles and decision-making structures.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and financial planning skills, and ownership of CRM reporting and forecasting.
• Business acumen on government budgeting and ROI models, and proven ability to build partner relationships.
