Sales Director – Southeast Asia & China

About the role

The Sales Director will drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia and China for our agency’s Google, Meta and TikTok advertising services. You will lead new client acquisition, shape market‑specific strategies and manage a distributed sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop differentiated go‑to‑market strategies for SEA and China, setting pricing, packaging and vertical focus for each market.
• Build and manage multi‑country sales pipelines, lead pitches, negotiate contracts in local currencies and represent the agency at regional industry events.
• Recruit, coach and oversee a distributed sales team, establishing market‑specific KPIs and quotas.
• Act as senior client contact for strategic accounts, ensuring compliance with cross‑border advertising regulations and driving upsell across platforms.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead revenue growth in digital advertising across Southeast Asia and China.
• Experience managing distributed sales teams and navigating diverse cultural sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of cross‑border e‑commerce, gaming, mobile apps and D2C brands seeking overseas advertising.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or regional language skills are a plus.
