About the role
The GROWFast Sales Expert role at SAP focuses on driving adoption of the GROWFast program across SAP’s sales ecosystem through a train‑the‑trainer approach. You will enable sales, solution, value‑add, and partner teams to execute GROWFast methodologies, helping them increase win rates and achieve public‑cloud growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a train‑the‑trainer to equip SAP sales and partner teams with GROWFast knowledge, tools, and best practices.
- Design and deliver curated training sessions, workshops, and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with market unit sales, engineering, product marketing, and other functions to support key deals and drive market‑making initiatives.
- Develop, scale, and continuously improve repeatable best‑practice frameworks for GROWFast implementation.
- Gather field feedback to refine program strategies and ensure alignment with global SAP priorities.
- Provide competitive insights, assets, and tools to increase win probability and create accretive pipeline.
