Sales Engineer

About the role

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in the Southeast Asian HVAC market. You will work on a hybrid schedule, collaborating with OEM customers, design institutions, and internal teams to secure projects and expand the company’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with OEM customers, covering product information, pricing, and achieving AOP targets.
• Develop multiple sales channels, manage key stakeholder relationships, and expand the network.
• Track, bid, sign orders, and collect project information to manage the pipeline.
• Co‑operate with design institutions and industrial agents to win projects.
• Partner with the marketing team to strengthen company branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or with HVAC manufacturers.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Business‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Established relationships in the AHU manufacturing sector are a plus.
