Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑oriented sales professional passionate about medical technology and healthcare innovation to develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive sales for our innovative Singapore medtech company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, medical centres, and healthcare institutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and performance reports.
• Create market entry strategies and business plans for new geographic territories.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Support pricing strategy development, tender submissions, proposals, and commercial agreements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare business development, or related commercial roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing new business accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clinicians, hospital management, and business partners.
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical skills to develop business plans and identify market opportunities.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
