Sales Executive - Environment Testing

About the role

Eurofins Scientific, an international life sciences company offering analytical testing services, is hiring a Sales Executive for its Environment Testing business in Singapore. The role covers the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities, with a focus on expanding the customer base and achieving measurable sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and identify potential customers and market-share opportunities.
• Plan, organise and control department activities such as costing, quotation and tendering.
• Plan resources and manpower to maximise utilisation and meet sales targets.
• Analyse and review customer feedback on project works and laboratory services, and handle customer complaints to ensure proper resolution.
• Monitor project reports to ensure on-time delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Study competitors' activities and laboratory testing trends, and implement an effective marketing strategy.
• Perform other duties assigned by top management.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemistry or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience.
