Sales Executive – Food & Beverage Franchising

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our franchise network and strategic partnerships in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The role combines business development with a focus on the food‑and‑beverage and vending‑machine sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new franchisee and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
• Negotiate terms with potential franchisees and partners to achieve mutual benefits.
• Manage and optimise partnership relationships to align with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development and operations to implement partnership projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience; fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage sector, especially catering or vending machines, is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and a solid network in Singapore.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities and ability to handle complex agreements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
