Sales Executive

About the role

Drive business growth by developing client relationships, generating leads, and delivering tailored HR and recruitment solutions. Manage the full sales cycle to achieve sales targets and support client success in recruitment and staffing services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners to foster long‑term collaboration.
• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Assess clients’ hiring needs and recommend appropriate HR and recruitment solutions.
• Promote recruitment, staffing, and HR‑related services to increase market presence.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively.
• Keep accurate records of client information, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by executing strategic business development activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable conducting cold calls and attending client meetings.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales highly encouraged.
