Sales Executive - Security Guard Dispatch Services

About the role

A top-ranking security agency in Singapore, with 34 years of experience and more than 100 security assignments across the island, is hiring a Sales Executive for its security guard dispatch services. The role is based in Jurong East, full-time and permanent, with a salary of SGD 3,000 to 4,000 (negotiable).

Key responsibilities

• Propose and promote security guard dispatch services to corporate clients.
• Expand business with existing clients, mainly Japanese companies, and actively develop new local (non-Japanese) clients.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Conduct cold calls, walk-in sales and sales through referrals.
• Provide tailored proposals for new customers based on their needs.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries or complaints and relay information internally.
• Negotiate contract renewals and pricing with existing customers.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience selling intangible products or services.
• Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges.
• Valid driver's licence; own vehicle is a plus.
• No academic qualifications required; IT knowledge is an advantage.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with two days working from home per week.
• Basic salary plus sales commission and performance bonus.
