Sales Manager – Automotive Showroom

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead daily operations of an assigned automotive showroom, driving sales performance and customer conversion. This role involves coaching a team of Sales Consultants and collaborating with marketing to generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations for an assigned showroom location
• Manage and coach a team of Sales Consultants (SCs)
• Drive showroom sales performance and conversion rates
• Ensure proper lead follow-up and customer engagement
• Monitor showroom discipline, attendance, and operational standards
• Support test drive management and customer experience execution
• Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
• Work closely with marketing and management teams on lead generation initiatives
• Recruit, train, and develop high‑performing sales talent

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
• Prior experience in a sales leadership / team management role preferred
• Strong understanding of showroom operations and customer conversion
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
