Sales Manager, Healthcare

About the role

NCS, a technology services firm operating across the Asia Pacific region, is looking for a Sales Manager, Healthcare in Singapore. You will hunt for new opportunities in emerging and whitespace territories, lead deal strategies and act as a trusted advisor to clients transforming Singapore's healthcare landscape. You report to the Sales Leads and are part of the Healthcare Operating Group.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities, influence client perspectives through NCS facilities such as Tesseract, and build winning value propositions
• Negotiate deals that deliver client satisfaction and optimal margins
• Build responsive, trusted relationships with clients and serve as escalation point for complex business challenges
• Partner with project and practice teams to ensure timely, quality and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor account and opportunity-level business development investments to support team margins
• Manage change requests, variation orders and contract negotiations alongside Legal and Contract Management teams
• Review subcontractor and vendor relationships and address escalated matters

Required profile

• At least 3 years in IT/ICT consulting or sales/account management
• Proven track record in quota-carrying sales roles with individual targets
• Experience in healthcare technology, system integrators and/or software partners, with established relationships in the healthcare ecosystem
• Experience pitching and delivering projects for large/MNC clients
• Broad business acumen, driven and self-motivated personality with a consultative approach
