Sales Manager – Reactive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Reactive to join a well‑established hospitality organization in Singapore. The role involves managing sales leads, converting corporate opportunities and collaborating with the Conference & Event Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely response to assigned sales leads
• Drive strong conversion of corporate sales leads
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by management
• Conduct sales activities, including follow‑up calls and hotel site inspections
• Manage new bookings and existing business blocks in Opera
• Work closely with the Conference & Event Services team to ensure smooth execution of events
• Handle other duties and projects assigned by senior sales leadership

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant hotel industry experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Multicultural awareness with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
• Able to make decisions independently
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented
