Sales & Marketing Executive – Food Packaging

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive (Food Packaging Material) will drive revenue growth for our food‑packaging portfolio across Singapore and the region. You will develop annual sales plans, manage key customer accounts and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales targets and business growth strategies.
• Manage customer accounts, support material planning and handle feedback, claims and service issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet product specifications, quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with sales administration and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Prepare sales, marketing and performance reports for management review.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Conduct day trips to Johor Bahru for printing accuracy and production coordination.
• Travel overseas to strengthen customer relationships and support business development.
• Liaise with Japan headquarters on technical and quality matters while sourcing new products and cost‑effective packaging solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a trading or sales environment.
• Knowledge of trading terms such as Incoterms (preferred).
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Johor Bahru and overseas.
