Sales & Marketing Executive (Japanese Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Japanese‑speaking Sales & Marketing Executive to join our HR development consulting team in Singapore. You will work directly with Japanese clients and their headquarters, helping them identify HR challenges and deliver tailored training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and lead B2B meetings with clients to understand their HR development needs.
• Prepare and present customised proposals and training program plans.
• Coordinate training delivery, including day‑of support, trainer liaison and project management.
• Produce training reports and maintain documentation as required.
• Collaborate with internal HR consultants and external training instructors.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in sales or account management, preferably within HR consulting or leadership development.
• Business‑level proficiency in Japanese to communicate with clients and their head office.
• Willingness to travel to other SEA countries (e.g., Thailand) and Japan.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Project management capability.
