Sales Merchandiser – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Merchandiser to join a leading fashion clothing and accessories business in Singapore. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering professional product service and driving sales in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, professional sales and product service to customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s fashion products, ensuring product knowledge is up‑to‑date.
• Guide customers through the store, explain product features, and make tailored recommendations.
• Present a range of merchandise, answer queries, and support customers throughout their purchase journey.

Required profile

• Diploma or high‑school qualification.
• Minimum two years of sales experience in a related field, preferably retail or fashion.
• Full‑time availability.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers.
