Sales Officer – Marine Spares & Services

About the role

Atlas Marine Services, part of Mr. Marine Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive growth for its Marine Inspection, Spares & Technical Services division. The role focuses on selling ballast water systems, elevators, instruments, control equipment and related MRO services to ship owners, managers and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base across Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
• Identify, approach and secure business from ship management companies, owners, charterers, technical managers and offshore clients.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales for inspection services, spare parts supply and technical marine services.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to uncover new opportunities.
• Attend maritime exhibitions, conferences and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marine sales with an established network among ship management companies, owners and operators.
• Proven ability to generate new business, maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Eligible to work in Singapore, Hong Kong or the Philippines.
