Sales Project Manager – HVAC Cooling for Data Centers

About the role

We are seeking a senior Sales Project Manager to drive business development in the cooling and data‑centre segment. The role will focus on promoting industrial piping solutions and related services to consultants, developers and contractors across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert project opportunities to meet sales and margin targets.
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through proactive prospecting and market engagement.
• Develop market strategies based on industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal development, tender submission and project award.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on technical proposals, delivery planning and execution requirements.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting via CRM systems.
• Engage consultants, developers, contractors and end‑users to influence specifications and secure business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor market movements.
• Support participation in industry events, technical presentations and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project sales within cooling, HVAC or data‑centre environments.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, industrial applications and building‑related standards.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end project sales cycles.
• Familiarity with local regulations, codes and energy‑efficiency standards.
