Sales Representative (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to join our Joint Replacement team in Singapore. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will drive sales growth, manage territory performance and support the adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with business objectives, including forecasting, revenue achievement and case support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts, providing market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams on product launches, marketing initiatives, clinical education programmes and field actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards in all business activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement or related specialties.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, results‑oriented with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Joint Replacement products and procedural workflows.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
