About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for our sales organization. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to elevate their selling skills, align them with our advertising products, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training curricula covering advanced sales techniques, consultative selling, and advertising product knowledge.
- Facilitate engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions for SDRs and AEs.
- Provide personalized coaching, actionable feedback, and performance‑driven development plans.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify improvement areas and track coaching impact.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to refine strategies and processes.
- Maintain and evolve training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitor strategies.
- Report on training effectiveness during business reviews and lead quality initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training or coaching, preferably in ads sales, technology or SaaS.
- Proven success in a sales role such as Account Executive or Sales Development Representative.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn sales data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDICC)
- Proficiency with AI‑based sales tools (preferred)
