SAP Functional Lead – Fusion Programme (Cross‑Functional + PM)

About the role

The SAP Functional Lead will drive end‑to‑end functional design and delivery for the Fusion programme across APAC markets. Reporting to the SAP Enterprise Lead, the role blends deep SAP functional knowledge with project‑management responsibilities to ensure alignment, quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership across Order‑to‑Cash, Source‑to‑Pay, Procure‑to‑Make and Record‑to‑Report, reviewing designs, WRICEF objects and integration points.
• Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, RAID management and delivery tracking, coordinating multiple functional streams and vendors.
• Oversee scenario validation, data migration, master‑data governance and resolve cross‑tower dependencies.
• Engage business stakeholders in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia to gather requirements, support UAT and deliver training.
• Tri­age functional defects, work with ABAP, CPI and BTP teams for root‑cause analysis and ensure high‑quality documentation and sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Strong functional expertise in at least two SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI/CO) with a broad understanding of other modules.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management or PMO experience in SAP programmes, including RAID, sprint and multi‑stream delivery.
• Experience with SAP interfaces (CPI/PI/PO) and master‑data structures.
• Hands‑on experience in data migration cycles, mapping and validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
