SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC, ECP, Payroll, Integrations)

About the role

We are seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions across HR and payroll processes for our Singapore-wide operations. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery of Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management and related integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and support Employee Central features, foundation data, MDF objects, business rules, workflows and picklists.
• Lead payroll solution design and configuration across regional payroll environments, including processing, off‑cycle, statutory deductions and wage types.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA and external payroll platforms using IDOC, BIB, SAP CPI and other technologies.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, fit‑gap analysis, functional testing (SIT, UAT, regression) and support data migration, cut‑over and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Provide functional guidance to junior consultants and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.
• Hands‑on experience with Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management and Organizational Management.
• Proven ability to lead functional teams, manage multiple workstreams and interact directly with business stakeholders.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM certifications are preferred.
