Second de cuisine tournant – Résidence Seniors

About the role

We are looking for a passionate rotating second de cuisine (Sous‑chef) to join our senior residence kitchens in the Hauts‑de‑France region. You will prepare fresh, locally‑sourced dishes that honour traditional recipes while supporting the overall dining experience for our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality culinary services, expressing creativity in menu preparation.
• Welcome and integrate new guests into the restaurant environment.
• Help retain and grow the restaurant’s clientele.
• Ensure personal and colleague safety in the kitchen.
• Maintain strict compliance with hygiene standards, including HACCP.

Required profile

• Formal training in hospitality or restaurant management, validated by a diploma or significant experience.
• Leadership mindset, passion for cooking, creativity and a willingness to learn.
• Alignment with Sodexo values: teamwork, service orientation, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• HACCP food‑safety knowledge.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time contract (CDI) starting immediately.
• Continuous work schedule (7 am‑3 pm or 12 pm‑8 pm) with a weekend every other week.
• Salary starting from €2,300 gross per month, based on profile and experience.
