Security Operations Expert – Cyber Defense

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Security Operations Expert to lead cyber‑defense initiatives across its eight‑country omni‑channel business. You will act as the technical authority on security tooling, incident response and crisis management, ensuring the organization’s security posture aligns with global and LVMH Group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global and Group Cyber Defense teams to integrate and optimise Attack Surface Management tools such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, CAASM, CSPM, WAF and vulnerability assessment platforms.
• Own delivery of technical projects on the Security Roadmap, including cloud backup reviews, remediation initiatives, DLP, USB blocking, API and firewall assessments.
• Coordinate the local bug bounty programme and drive remediation efforts with regional teams.
• Lead follow‑the‑sun alert management and incident response for the SEA timezone, from detection through resolution and recovery.
• Oversee regional cyber‑crisis management, train stakeholders and conduct detailed forensic investigations of breaches, malware outbreaks and fraud.
• Support engineering and DevSecOps with security validation of CI/CD pipelines, enhancing SAST, DAST, SCA and WAF capabilities.
• Provide real‑time monitoring and response support for key retail events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, preferably in security operations or SOC environments.
• Proven ability to manage incident response, investigations and penetration testing activities.
• Strong communication skills to work with global, regional and cross‑functional teams.
