Senior Account Executive - APAC

About the role

kcura is recruiting a Senior Account Executive (New Business) for its APAC expansion, based remotely in Singapore. The role drives revenue growth by acquiring new customers within an assigned territory, developing strategic sales plans, managing the full sales lifecycle and building executive-level relationships with prospects. It suits mid-level professionals in sales, technical solutions, customer success or marketing who want to help grow the customer base across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, target and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
• Prospect, qualify, manage and close new business opportunities to exceed sales quotas.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor sales presentations to customer needs.
• Develop value-based business cases and articulate return on investment.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales engineering and customer success teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competition, and represent the organisation at industry events and client engagements.

Required profile

• Five or more years of quota-carrying experience in new business development for an enterprise software company.
• Two or more years of experience selling SaaS, cloud and/or integration products.
• Experience with complex solution selling, large transactions and/or lengthy sales campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in territory planning, pipeline generation and quota attainment; ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Preferred: experience in enterprise software or legal technology, familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
