Senior Account Manager – Technology Communications

About the role

Bud Communications is seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager to lead technology client accounts in Singapore. You will help dynamic B2B and B2C tech brands shape their stories and grow their market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic input by leveraging insights, data and research to shape client strategies.
• Manage day‑to‑day client operations, lead meetings and ensure projects stay on track and deliver value.
• Oversee a team, ensuring effective utilization, profitability and high‑quality delivery.
• Develop junior team members through training and mentorship.
• Identify growth opportunities, scale existing accounts and pitch new business.

Required profile

• Passion for B2B and B2C technology brands.
• Proven experience running client accounts and leading senior client interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to craft engaging copy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with media, clients and colleagues.

Required skills

• Copywriting with a focus on spelling, grammar and creative storytelling.
• Presentation skills to convey ideas clearly to teams and journalists.
• Project and time management to meet tight media deadlines.
• Media expertise to spot news angles and run press offices.
