Senior Accountant / Finance Reporting Manager

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Reporting Manager to lead the preparation, analysis, and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing, reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.
• Coordinate the annual audit, prepare recurring reporting packages and draft reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements, file quarterly forms and document new regulations.
• Research and resolve accounting issues, implement new accounting pronouncements and maintain accounting memoranda.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes, controls, policies and procedures.
• Prepare and interpret operating results for periodic management reports and provide analysis to various departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA qualification with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar environment.
• 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting; senior or manager level considered based on experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements (advantage).
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
