Senior Architect, Project (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead project delivery for hospitality developments across Singapore. The role involves managing design coordination, authority submissions, contract administration and ensuring compliance with building codes while delivering high‑quality architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural coordination for the entire project lifecycle, including preparation and submission of authority documents, to secure necessary approvals.
• Oversee multiple hospitality projects independently, ensuring that design intent is consistently applied throughout design development and construction phases.
• Administer construction contracts, monitor progress, and verify that all works comply with design specifications, quality standards and local building regulations.
• Liaise regularly with client representatives, consultants and contractors, facilitating clear communication and swift resolution of design‑related issues.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications and presentation materials as directed, maintaining professional standards and accuracy.

Required profile

• A recognized degree in Architecture from an accredited university or institute.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience delivering hospitality, commercial or luxury/high‑end residential projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, consultants and construction teams.
