Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead the creation of comprehensive design solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with clients, authorities, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality architectural, interior, and landscape designs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and refining design briefs.
• Conduct pre‑design research on regulatory requirements and perform site investigations (RLP, SIP, DIP, etc.).
• Brainstorm concepts, develop initial designs, and ensure they comply with all relevant regulations.
• Prepare detailed design packages for Development Control Submissions and other regulatory approvals.
• Create outline specifications, select preferred materials, and define construction methods.
• Develop detailed designs for exterior, interior, and landscape spaces, enhancing aesthetics and functionality.
• Translate design intent into construction‑ready drawings and coordinate with the Project Administrator to produce accurate SketchUp models.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that construction aligns with design intent and resolve any design‑related issues.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of architectural or interior design experience (local or overseas) with a strong portfolio.
• Passion for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design.
• Excellent colour and material selection knowledge.
• Proactive, conscientious team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
