Senior Architectural Supervisor (Fit-out)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Supervisor to lead fit‑out works on building projects. You will ensure that all architectural activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings and contractual obligations while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and fit‑out works, monitoring site progress, workmanship and quality.
• Coordinate inspections and complete all quality‑control procedures as required.
• Review construction schedules, work sequences and method statements for architectural activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment for daily site operations.
• Identify drawing inconsistencies, raise RFIs and work with architects, consultants and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Support the project team in addressing site challenges to minimise delays.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in building construction or civil engineering projects.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one building project from construction through completion.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details and project specifications.
• Experience with architectural finishing works, quality inspections and site coordination is advantageous.

• Preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs).
