Senior Assistant Manager – Activate Global Fellows Programme

About the role

NTUitive is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to drive the execution and operational excellence of the Activate Global Fellows deep‑tech commercialization programme. The role sits at the intersection of innovation, stakeholder coordination, and founder experience, supporting Singapore’s next wave of global deep‑tech success stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed operational plans aligned with programme strategy.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
• Coordinate learning modules, mentor sessions, industry visits, and milestone reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for fellows, instructors, and partners on operational matters.
• Oversee onboarding and administrative processing for selected fellows.
• Execute outreach activities such as roadshows, webinars, and ecosystem events.
• Liaise with academic units, research institutes, and internal stakeholders to recruit founders and research teams.
• Organise networking events, community sessions, and mentor‑matching activities.
• Maintain programme databases, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
• Prepare operational reports for internal management and funding agencies.
• Collect feedback from participants and partners to inform continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with communications teams to draft updates and success stories.
• Ensure documentation compliance for grant reporting and funding requirements.

Required profile

• Degree holder.
